NettaGrowth International, via its Uruguayan subsidiary Dormul S.A., obtained the first licence in Uruguay to produce and export medical cannabis with THC for commercialization, and planned production of THC and CBD products for Latin American markets, particularly Uruguay and Brazil.[1][2][5] Dormul applied for an extraction licence and aimed to be among the first in Uruguay approved for medical cannabis-based CBD oils for domestic use and export.[1][5]
