Network of AIDS Community Organisations of South Africa

NACOSA (Network of AIDS Community Organisations of South Africa) is a leading non-profit organization and network dedicated to building strong, mobilized communities to address HIV, AIDS, and tuberculosis. Founded in 1991, the organization has grown into a major implementer and grant manager for international health funding in Southern Africa. NACOSA serves as a Principal Recipient for the Global Fund and a prime recipient for USAID/PEPFAR, coordinating a vast network of over 2,500 community-based organizations.
