Neucore Bio is a private early-stage biotechnology company developing non-viral precision genetic medicines based on engineered exosomes. The company’s proprietary FiXE platform uses fibroblast-derived engineered extracellular vesicles to deliver RNA and other genetic cargo to specific cell types, with an initial focus on neurological and neuro-genetic disorders. Its lead disclosed effort is aimed at Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 1A, where it is developing an RNA-based approach to regulate PMP22 expression in Schwann cells.
