NeuMed

NeuMed is a South Korean biotechnology company specialized in the development of clinical-stage botanical drugs and standardized functional health ingredients derived from natural materials. Founded in 2003 as a spin-off from Kyung Hee University, the company utilizes its proprietary iMED (interactive Medical Discovery) platform to systematically identify and validate bioactive compounds from traditional medicine. Its lead drug candidate, HT042 (an Astragalus-based mixture), is currently in late-stage clinical development for idiopathic short stature, aiming to improve longitudinal bone growth in children.
