Their systems are recognized for rapid turnaround times (~1 hour), high throughput options (models for medium to high volume labs), random-access sample processing capability, broad IVD menu including CE-IVD marked/FDA-authorized tests for major infectious diseases such as COVID‑19. The company was acquired by QIAGEN in September 2020 to expand QIAGEN’s portfolio of automated PCR-based diagnostic solutions. The platforms remain actively marketed under the QIAGEN brand.
