NeuroGT is an early-stage biotechnology company focused on developing and commercializing transformative gene therapies for rare neurogenetic diseases, particularly lysosomal storage disorders. Founded by Dr. Haiyan Fu, a pioneer in AAV-based gene therapy, the company leverages its proprietary blood-brain barrier-crossing AAV9 vector platform to deliver functional genes directly to the central nervous system. NeuroGT's pipeline includes NGT-104, an IND-cleared gene therapy for Mucopolysaccharidosis type IIIB (Sanfilippo syndrome type B), alongside preclinical programs for MPS I, MPS II, and MPS IIIC.
