Neuromod

Neuromod is a private Irish medical technology company focused on neuromodulation-based treatments for tinnitus. Its lead and currently commercial product is Lenire, an at-home bimodal neuromodulation device that combines sound stimulation with tongue stimulation to treat tinnitus. The company was founded in 2010 by Dr. Ross O'Neill and has built a patent portfolio around its tinnitus technology, supported by multiple large-scale clinical trials. Lenire received CE Mark in Europe and FDA De Novo authorization in the United States in March 2023, and the company is expanding commercialization through audiology and ENT clinics in the U.S. and Europe. Neuromod also provides clinic enablement, distribution, and partner support infrastructure around Lenire.
