Neurosoft Bioelectronics has demonstrated successful first-in-human use of its soft subdural brain interfaces in both epilepsy surgery and severe tinnitus. In a proof-of-concept study for severe tinnitus, the implant achieved an average 28-point reduction on the Tinnitus Handicap Index—significantly outperforming current gold-standard treatments. The company is now running a pivotal 12-patient trial in Europe to further validate its technology for broader clinical adoption.
