New Drug Development Office

NDDO Oncology, originally established as the New Drug Development Office of the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC), was a specialized contract research organization (CRO) focused on early-phase oncology drug development. Based in Amsterdam, the company provided strategic consultancy, regulatory support, and clinical trial management services to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies worldwide. NDDO was particularly recognized for its expertise in transitioning novel anticancer agents from preclinical research into Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trials. The organization played a pivotal role in the European oncology landscape before being acquired by INC Research (now part of Syneos Health) to bolster its global cancer research capabilities.
