New Frontier Health

New Frontier Health is a China-focused private healthcare services company built around United Family Healthcare, a premium network of private hospitals and clinics. The company operates an integrated care platform spanning acute hospitals, outpatient clinics, oncology centers, rehabilitation and geriatric services, home health, online hospital services, and related health insurance offerings. It became publicly traded through New Frontier Corporation and then was renamed New Frontier Health after completing the acquisition of United Family Healthcare in December 2019. In January 2022, the company completed a take-private transaction and ceased to be publicly traded. Today, New Frontier remains part of the broader New Frontier healthcare ecosystem serving patients across Greater China.
