New Jersey Sharing Network

New Jersey Sharing Network is a federally designated non-profit organization responsible for the recovery and placement of donated organs and tissue in the state of New Jersey. Serving nearly 5 million people across 14 counties, the organization collaborates with 54 local hospitals and 6 transplant centers to facilitate life-saving transplants. Beyond clinical operations, the network provides comprehensive support to donor families and conducts extensive public education programs to increase donor registration. It also operates a state-of-the-art laboratory for histocompatibility and clinical testing to ensure successful organ matching and transplant outcomes. The organization is a member of the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) and is accredited by the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO).
