Nexoplex Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing next-generation immunotherapies and vaccines for cancer and infectious diseases. Formed as the successor to Gritstone Bio following its Chapter 11 restructuring and asset acquisition by Seattle Project Corp., the company leverages its proprietary artificial intelligence platform, EDGE (Epitope Discovery for GEnomes), to predict and target tumor-specific neoantigens and peptide-HLA complexes. Nexoplex Bio's pipeline includes GRANITE, a personalized neoantigen vaccine in Phase 2 for colorectal cancer, and SLATE, an off-the-shelf vaccine targeting shared mutations like KRAS.
