NextPoint Therapeutics has developed a pipeline of first-in-class immuno-oncology therapies targeting the novel immune checkpoint/tumor antigen B7-H7/HHLA2. Their lead assets include an antibody-drug conjugate with proprietary linker technology and a bispecific T cell engager. Both have shown promising preclinical results in multiple solid tumor models with high selectivity for tumors over normal tissue. The company’s biomarker-driven approach aims to identify patients most likely to benefit from these therapies, especially those unresponsive to current PD-(L)1 inhibitors. As of early/mid–2025, their programs are advancing toward or entering clinical trials.
