NGI Group

NGI Group was a French healthcare company focused on medical imaging solutions and services for radiology groups, imaging centers, and healthcare providers. The company operated as a developer, distributor, and integrator of end-to-end imaging offerings, including radiography systems, dental and ultrasound solutions, image transmission, medical monitoring, and group management tools. NGI Group appears to have been formed through the combination of Numerix and Global Imaging On Line and positioned itself as a one-stop-shop for imaging center workflows and infrastructure. The business was acquired by MNH Group in 2017, later integrated into NEHS Digital, and the original NGI Group legal entity was subsequently absorbed and dissolved. It was therefore healthcare-related, but not a therapeutic drug developer, and it did not maintain a biotech-style clinical pipeline.
