NH TherAguix has developed AGuIX®, a gadolinium-based nanoparticle designed to enhance the precision and effectiveness of radiotherapy for solid tumors. Over 200 patients have been treated with AGuIX® across several Phase II trials, including brain metastases, glioblastoma, pancreatic, and lung cancers. The drug has demonstrated an excellent safety profile with no serious adverse events related to administration reported so far. Interim results from these studies are promising, showing potential pan-cancer utility as a radiosensitizer that accumulates in tumor tissue to increase local radiation damage while sparing healthy tissue. The company holds extensive IP protection with at least eighteen patent families covering its technology.
