Nightingale Informatix Corporation was a Canadian healthcare information technology company that specialized in cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management solutions. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Markham, Ontario, the company provided a comprehensive suite of software tools designed to optimize clinical and administrative workflows for healthcare providers across North America. Its core offerings included the Nightingale On Demand and V10 (Nexia) EMR platforms, which supported clinical documentation, billing, and patient engagement. In 2015, the company sold its U.S. practice management business to Pulse Systems for $11 million. This was followed in 2016 by the sale of its Canadian assets to Telus Health for $14 million. Following these divestitures, the remaining corporate entity was renamed Nexia Health Technologies.
