Company intelligence / Profile preview
Nightingale Informatix Corporation was a Canadian healthcare information technology company that specialized in cloud-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Markham, Ontario, the company provided a comprehensive suite of tools including practice management, billing, and patient portals to healthcare providers across North America. Its flagship product, the V10 (Nexia) platform, was designed to streamline clinical workflows and improve patient data accessibility. Between 2015 and 2016, the company divested its primary assets, selling its U.S. business to Pulse Systems and its Canadian operations to Telus Health. Following these transactions, the remaining corporate entity was renamed Nexia Health Technologies and subsequently filed for insolvency in 2020.
