Nightingale Partners was a U.S.-based healthcare investment and advisory firm focused on social determinants of health and on connecting capital to payers and providers serving medically underserved populations. The company described itself as a Qualified Opportunity Zone fund and advisory platform, investing in and supporting healthcare services and healthcare SaaS businesses rather than developing therapeutics. Its work centered on Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, health equity, and non-clinical interventions intended to improve access and reduce avoidable healthcare spending. In June 2022, Nightingale Partners announced a strategic combination with NationsBenefits, after which the Nightingale team joined NationsBenefits to lead a newly formed corporate development group.
