Ninkasi Therapeutics (officially Ninkasi Technology) is a French biotechnology company specializing in the development of next-generation Natural Killer (NK) cell-based immunotherapies for cancer treatment. Based in Lyon, the company leverages a proprietary platform to enhance the activation and persistence of NK cells within the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. Their approach focuses on both "off-the-shelf" allogeneic therapies and engineered NK cells to target solid tumors and hematological malignancies. By targeting metabolic checkpoints such as the adenosine pathway, Ninkasi aims to prevent NK cell exhaustion and improve clinical outcomes.
