Company intelligence / Profile preview
Nitinotes has developed EndoZip™, a fully automated endoscopic suturing device for minimally invasive gastroplasty to treat obesity. In multicenter clinical studies, EndoZip™ achieved an average total body weight loss of over 13% at one year with significant improvements in metabolic health markers and quality of life. The procedure demonstrated high technical success and safety with low adverse event rates. Over 90 patients have been treated as of late 2023–2024 across multiple sites globally[4][6]. The company has completed pilot studies and launched a multi-center EU study focused on efficacy in obese patients with comorbidities such as type 2 diabetes and hypertension[1].
