Noble Fund Managers was a prominent UK-based asset management firm that operated as the investment arm of the Noble Group (Noble & Co). The firm was a significant player in the British life sciences and technology sectors, primarily through its management of Venture Capital Trusts (VCTs) such as the Noble Technology & Healthcare VCT. These funds provided essential early-stage and growth capital to a variety of biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare service companies in the United Kingdom. In addition to financing, Noble Fund Managers offered strategic advisory and corporate finance services to help its portfolio companies navigate the transition from research to commercialization. Following a restructuring of the parent group, the fund management business was acquired by Spark Venture Management in 2009.
