Nora Therapeutics was a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing novel therapies for reproductive health, specifically addressing recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) and repeated implantation failure during IVF. The company's lead candidate, NT100, was a recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) designed to modulate the maternal immune response to promote successful pregnancy. Despite promising early data and significant venture backing from investors like Prospect Venture Partners and Vivo Capital, the company's Phase 2 RESPONSE trial failed to meet its primary endpoint in 2016. Following this clinical setback, Nora Therapeutics ceased its development programs and effectively wound down operations. The company was originally founded as Nora Pharmaceuticals before rebranding to Nora Therapeutics.
