North by Northeast Community Health Center

North by Northeast Community Health Center is a Portland, Oregon-based nonprofit primary care clinic focused on improving health outcomes and advancing health equity for the African American/Black community. The organization describes itself as the only medical clinic in Oregon devoted to African American/Black health.
