North County Health Services

TrueCare, formerly known as North County Health Services (NCHS), is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has served San Diego and Riverside Counties since 1971. The organization provides comprehensive healthcare services, including primary care, pediatrics, women's health, dental care, and behavioral health, with a focus on underserved and low-income populations. With over 20 health centers and several mobile units, TrueCare serves more than 65,000 patients annually regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. The company rebranded to TrueCare in 2020 to reflect its expanded geographic reach and commitment to patient-centered care. TrueCare is recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home and is a key partner in regional public health initiatives.
