Northeastern Association of the Blind at Albany

Northeastern Association of the Blind at Albany (NABA) is a long-standing nonprofit organization in Albany, New York that provides vision rehabilitation, low-vision care, assistive technology training, orientation and mobility instruction, social work, youth programming, employment services, and preschool vision screening for people who are blind or visually impaired. The organization also operates a manufacturing program that creates integrated employment opportunities for blind and visually impaired individuals in Upstate New York. Its services are focused on helping clients maximize functional vision, build independence, and improve quality of life rather than developing therapeutics. NABA also operates a low vision store offering adaptive products and aids for daily living.
