Northern Manhattan Perinatal Partnership

Northern Manhattan Perinatal Partnership (NMPP) is a community-based non-profit organization dedicated to improving maternal and child health outcomes in Harlem and Northern Manhattan. Founded in 1990, the organization focuses on reducing infant mortality and eliminating health disparities through a comprehensive network of social and medical support services.
