Endeavor Health Medical Group, formerly known as NorthShore Medical Group, is a premier multispecialty physician group serving the Chicago metropolitan area. As the clinical division of Endeavor Health, the group comprises over 900 physicians across more than 140 office locations, offering expertise in primary care and over 100 medical specialties. The organization is deeply integrated with the Endeavor Health hospital system, facilitating seamless patient transitions and access to advanced clinical trials and genomic research through its Center for Personalized Medicine. In 2024, the group fully transitioned to the Endeavor Health brand following the merger of NorthShore University HealthSystem and Edward-Elmhurst Health.
