Northwest Health

Northwest Health is a regional hospital and outpatient care network serving Northwest Arkansas. The system operates four hospitals, associated emergency departments, outpatient centers, and physician practices, providing inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic imaging, surgical, maternity, and emergency services. Its facilities include Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville, Northwest Medical Center - Springdale, Siloam Springs Regional Hospital, and Willow Creek Women's Hospital. Northwest Health is a healthcare delivery organization rather than a drug-development biotech or pharma company. In March 2026, Freeman Health System announced an agreement to acquire Northwest Health from a subsidiary of Community Health Systems, with closing expected in the second quarter of 2026.
