Overview
Novamab is developing the world's first inhaled VHH antibody drugs for asthma and COPD (LQ036, LQ043H). Phase I studies in China and Australia showed excellent safety and biomarker efficacy for LQ036, with Phase II ongoing. LQ043H has completed Phase Ia showing strong safety and tolerance. Additional pipeline assets are progressing in autoimmune, inflammatory, and neoplastic diseases.[1][4][5][6][9][10]
