Overview
Novonco’s lead program, COH29, is a novel small molecule inhibitor of ribonucleotide reductase showing potent anti-tumor activity in preclinical models against BRCA1-deficient ovarian cancer and other hard-to-treat cancers. Preclinical data suggest it can overcome resistance to existing RNR inhibitors. First-in-human trials were planned at City of Hope. Two additional therapeutic platforms are under development via licensing from City of Hope and UC Irvine.
