NovaSpira Biotherapeutics was a pre-clinical stage biotechnology company focused on developing novel therapies for rare genetic respiratory diseases, including cystic fibrosis and primary ciliary dyskinesia. The company's lead research centered on inhaled glycopolymer treatments designed to improve endobronchial clearance and reduce bacterial burden in the lungs.
