Overview
Novavax’s original COVID vaccine demonstrated ~90% efficacy in Phase 3 trials. The company has since developed updated versions targeting new variants such as Omicron XBB.1.5 and JN.1; the latest candidate NVX-CoV2601 showed superior immune responses compared to earlier versions in Phase 2/3 studies[8][10].
