Novolyte Technologies was a leading global manufacturer of specialty chemicals and high-performance electrolyte formulations. The company was primarily recognized for its expertise in lithium-ion battery electrolytes, serving the rapidly growing energy storage and electric vehicle markets. Additionally, Novolyte operated a significant pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals division that produced organophosphorus compounds and other intermediates used in drug synthesis.
