Novsep

Novasep was a France-based life sciences manufacturing and process-technology company focused on contract development and manufacturing, complex active pharmaceutical ingredients, and purification solutions for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers. Its core business centered on process development and cGMP manufacturing for small-molecule APIs, including highly potent compounds and ADC payload-related capabilities, alongside selected biopharmaceutical manufacturing services. Historically, Novasep also operated chromatography and purification equipment businesses, with that equipment division later integrated into Sartorius. In April 2022, Novasep merged with PharmaZell, and in October 2022 the Novasep, PharmaZell, and Farmabios brands were unified under the Axplora name. As a result, Novasep is best understood today as a legacy operating brand/business within Axplora rather than an independent standalone company.
