Numerate

Numerate was a U.S.-based private computational drug discovery company focused on applying artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud-scale modeling to small molecule design. The company used a proprietary platform spanning hit finding, lead optimization, and ADME/toxicity prediction to generate internal and partnered drug discovery programs. Numerate partnered with Takeda in 2017 to identify multiple clinical candidates across oncology, gastroenterology, and central nervous system disorders. Its internal pipeline was described as focused on first-in-class candidates in cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurodegenerative disease. Numerate was acquired by Valo Health in 2019, and its technology and team were integrated into Valo's platform and operations.
