NV5 Global

NV5 is a U.S.-based provider of tech-enabled engineering, testing, inspection, consulting, and geospatial solutions serving infrastructure, buildings, utilities, environmental, and public-sector markets. The company has offered services across the built environment and industrial end markets, including healthcare and life sciences facility design, pharmaceutical compliance support, and environmental health and safety consulting, but it is not a drug-development or biotechnology company. Historically, NV5 operated as a publicly traded company on Nasdaq under the symbol NVEE and grew through acquisitions across engineering, geospatial, and specialty technical services. In May 2025, Acuren and NV5 announced a merger, which closed on August 4, 2025, after which NV5 became a wholly owned subsidiary of Acuren. NV5 continues to operate as a branded business within a larger TICC and engineering platform.
