Oasis Fertility is a private Indian fertility-care company operating a network of IVF and assisted reproduction centers. Founded in 2009 in Hyderabad, the company provides consultation, diagnostics, IVF, IUI, ICSI, IVM, fertility preservation, genetic testing-related services, and male-infertility procedures through a one-stop clinic model. Oasis positions itself as a science-led, data-driven reproductive medicine provider with in-house embryology and advanced ART laboratory capabilities. The company has expanded to more than 30 centers across multiple Indian cities and is backed by private equity investors including Kedaara Capital and India Life Sciences Fund II. It is a healthcare services business rather than a drug-development biotech, so it does not appear to maintain a traditional therapeutic pipeline.
