OBI Pharma has advanced a robust pipeline of antibody-drug conjugates targeting cancer. Its lead program, OBI‑992, a TROP2-targeted ADC with a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, has entered Phase I/II trials in the US and Taiwan with no dose-limiting toxicities observed to date. The company’s next-generation ADCs leverage proprietary platforms such as GlycOBI®, HYPrOBI™, and ThiOBI®. Another candidate, OBI‑902—a novel Trop‑2 ADC—received FDA IND clearance in April/May 2025 to begin clinical trials. Preclinical data show enhanced stability and efficacy compared to existing Trop‑2 ADCs[6][7][10]. Additional programs include small-molecule prodrugs like OBI‑3424 for HCC and ALL.
