Overview
Since its founding in 2005, OCT Clinical has managed over 300 clinical trials across Eastern Europe and the CIS region. The company has built expertise in oncology and infectious diseases among other areas. In recent years it was principal CRO for large-scale COVID vaccine studies and consistently ranked among top regional CROs by trial volume. In May/June of 2024 it merged with Germany-based Palleos Healthcare to form an expanded European CRO under the Palleos brand.
Example result from their portfolio includes successful management of complex neonatal respiratory distress syndrome drug studies leading to marketing authorization.
The company does not develop its own drugs but provides full-service clinical trial management for pharma/biotech sponsors.
Recent projects include COVID vaccine trials for CanSino Biologics Inc., as well as work with Handok Inc., Stayble Therapeutics, Futura Medical, Recbio and others.
