Janssen Pharmaceuticals, now increasingly branded simply as Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, is a major pharmaceutical subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. The company was formed through the merger of Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical and Janssen Pharmaceutica, historically operating under the name Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals (OMJ).
