OmniComm

OmniComm was a healthcare technology company focused on web-based electronic data capture and eClinical software for clinical research. Its products were used by pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, contract research organizations, medical device companies, and academic medical centers to collect, manage, validate, and analyze clinical trial data across Phase I-IV studies. Core offerings included TrialMaster, TrialOne, Promasys, IRTMaster, AutoEncoder, Acuity, and a broader eClinical Suite, delivered primarily as hosted SaaS and related professional services. OmniComm was acquired by Anju Software in September 2019 and became a wholly owned subsidiary, after which its products continued within Anju’s eClinical portfolio.
