OmniViz

OmniViz was a bioinformatics and data visualization company that provided advanced software solutions for the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. Spun out of the Battelle Memorial Institute in 2000, the company developed a flagship platform designed to help researchers analyze and visualize massive, complex datasets from genomics, proteomics, and high-throughput screening. Its tools allowed for the discovery of hidden patterns and correlations in multi-dimensional data, significantly accelerating the drug discovery process. The company was acquired by Bio-Rad Laboratories in 2007, and its software assets were subsequently acquired by Instem in 2011 to be integrated into their scientific informatics suite.
