On The Go Technologies Group, Inc. was a provider of mobile healthcare technology solutions primarily focused on the point-of-care market. The company developed software and hardware integration services that allowed clinicians to access patient data, clinical records, and diagnostic information via mobile devices such as PDAs and tablet PCs. In 2004, the company expanded its portfolio by acquiring Medical Devices International (MDI), a manufacturer of emergency medical products including the Microshield CPR barrier. Following a strategic shift, the company eventually transitioned its focus toward the security technology sector and changed its name to MDI, Inc. in 2005.
