OnCall Health was a Toronto-based digital health software company that developed white-label virtual care, patient portal, and telehealth workflow software for healthcare providers, with a particular focus on behavioral health organizations. Its platform supported online booking, secure video visits, messaging, forms, e-signature, intake, scheduling automation, and related patient engagement workflows. The company served mental health agencies, addiction treatment centers, and other human services organizations seeking to launch or scale virtual care programs. In November 2022, OnCall Health was acquired by Qualifacts, and its technology now appears to be marketed as Qualifacts OnCall within Qualifacts' behavioral health software suite.
