Onclave Therapeutics

Onclave Therapeutics was an early-stage biotechnology company focused on the development of small molecule inhibitors targeting oncogenic pathways previously considered undruggable. The company's primary research centered on Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 (STAT3) and K-Ras, which are critical drivers in various aggressive malignancies including pancreatic, breast, and lung cancers. Founded by prominent researchers from the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Onclave sought to commercialize novel chemical entities that disrupt the dimerization and DNA-binding capabilities of STAT3. While the company advanced several lead compounds through pre-clinical validation, it is no longer active as a standalone commercial entity.
