Oncode-PACT

Oncode-PACT is a Dutch national initiative and consortium dedicated to accelerating the development of new cancer treatments by improving the preclinical process. The organization utilizes advanced technologies such as organoids, artificial intelligence, and well-defined patient cohorts to better predict the efficacy and safety of drug candidates before they enter clinical trials. By bridging the gap between academic research and industrial development, Oncode-PACT aims to reduce the high failure rates in oncology drug development. The consortium provides a standardized infrastructure and expertise to help biotech companies and researchers transition from discovery to Phase 1 trials more efficiently. It is funded significantly by the Dutch National Growth Fund to establish a world-class oncology ecosystem.
