Overview
Pelareorep has demonstrated promising efficacy and safety signals in multiple randomized Phase II trials for metastatic breast cancer and early-phase studies for pancreatic and anal cancers. The BRACELET‑1 trial in HR+/HER2− metastatic breast cancer showed substantial clinical benefit when pelareorep was combined with paclitaxel versus paclitaxel alone. GOBLET study cohorts have shown positive results in advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, third-line colorectal cancer, and anal carcinoma.
