Oncotelic-Dragon is a joint venture established between Oncotelic Therapeutics and Dragon Victory International Limited (now Metalpha Technology Holding) to develop and commercialize a portfolio of oncology and anti-infective therapies, primarily for the Greater China market. The entity's lead asset is OT-101 (trabedersen), an antisense oligonucleotide targeting TGF-beta 2, which has demonstrated efficacy in Phase 2 trials for glioblastoma and pancreatic cancer and is being prepared for Phase 3 registration trials. Additionally, the company is advancing ArtiVeda (artemisinin), a plant-derived small molecule for the treatment of COVID-19 and various solid tumors. The joint venture leverages Oncotelic's drug development expertise and Dragon's capital resources to accelerate clinical milestones in high-need indications.
