Overview
Oncovita develops immunotherapeutic and prophylactic vaccines using a proprietary measles virus vector platform. Its lead candidate, MVdeltaC, has shown strong immunogenic oncolysis properties against several solid tumor types in preclinical models. The company secured €8 million funding at the end of 2023 to support GMP manufacturing and initiate first-in-human clinical trials. Additional candidates targeting HPV-induced cancers and infectious diseases are also under development.
