One Physics, formerly known as Apex Physics Partners, is a private healthcare services company that provides outsourced medical physics and radiation safety services to hospitals, health systems, imaging centers, and cancer care groups across the United States. The company supports both diagnostic imaging and radiation oncology workflows, with offerings that include diagnostic physics, therapy physics, dosimetry treatment planning, LINAC commissioning and QA, shielding design, and radiation safety officer programs. It also operates a business-services platform that supports affiliated medical physics practice groups with functions such as recruiting, IT, finance, legal, and data analytics. Backed by private equity investor Blue Sea Capital, the company has expanded through partnerships and acquisitions of regional medical physics practices and rebranded from Apex Physics Partners to One Physics in September 2024. It positions itself as the largest outsourced medical physics services organization in North America.
